Our recruitment process
It all begins with you resume
When we receive your CV, we take the time to understand your background. We either select it, or we keep it preciously in case of an opportunity that would suit you better.
A phone intetview
Following the CV screening, we will call you to validate the mutual interest and, if we are well lined up, we will invite you to a face to face interview.
A face to face interview
We put the human element at the heart of our selection process. If you are shortlisted, we believe it is essential to meet you face-to-face in order to explore your professional experience, understand your background and identify your skills.
Possible assessment
Some assignments require very specific skills. To make sure you are compatible with the position and can thrive at your new workplace, we may require you to take a skills test.
Hiring and follow-up
